Eden Ray is a licensed therapist, trauma-informed practitioner, and the heart behind Heartwood Therapy. With over a decade of experience in mental health and holistic wellness, Eden created this space with one intention: to offer deep, compassionate care that honors the complexity of being human.

Eden’s approach blends evidence-based modalities with a grounded, intuitive presence. She believes healing is not about “fixing” yourself, but about returning to who you’ve always been —strong, whole, and worthy. Clients describe her as calm, deeply attuned, and someone who holds space without judgment. Her background includes a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, advanced training in somatic therapy, and a lifelong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for growth.
